Included media varies from podcasts, interactive maps, videos, etc. &#8220;Confronting Legacies of Racism in a Changing South&#8221; is intended to be a platform for students and scholars to engage with insightful works.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Projects were created in the courses\u00a0&#8220;Making Racism Visible,&#8221; otherwise known as <strong>#racism: Media and Civil Rights from MLK to BLM and Beyond<br \/>\n<\/strong>and &#8220;Public Scholarship Practicum.&#8221; The courses took place at Vanderbilt University in 2017 and 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This curated media archive has been constructed from numerous student projects addressing the problem of racism in the South.
