  1. Create two separate coronal ROI regions (at approx. coronal\u00a0slice 98), one on each side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Create two separate coronal seed regions (at approx. coronal\u00a0slice 110), one on each side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"ilf3\"<\/p>\n

      1. Create two additional separate coronal ROI regions (at approx. coronal\u00a0slice 123), one on each side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Create one ROA region on a sagittal slice at the midline. Check the left seed\/ROI regions and ROA regions, then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, additional ROA placement will be clearer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. Using the same ROA file, draw four more ROA regions:\n
              \n
                \n
              1. on the same coronal slices as the seed\/ ROI regions such that it covers the area outside of the seed\/ROI regions (in steps 1-3)<\/li>\n
              2. on a coronal slice anterior to the seed\/ROI regions to avoid fibers in the frontal lobe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. In the region list, check only the left seed\/ROI region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  1. Uncheck the left seed\/ROI region and check the right seed\/ROI region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking.
