  1. Create two separate axialseed regions (at approx. axial\u00a0slice 97), on for each side.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Create one ROA region and draw a sagittal ROA slice at the midline<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. In the region list, check only the left seed region, then run fiber tracking. Based on this output, ROA placement will be clearer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        1. Using the same ROA region, draw three regions:\n
            \n
              \n
            1. on a coronal slice anterior to the seed regions<\/li>\n
            2. on a coronal slice posterior to the seed regions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              1. Check only the left seed region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Uncheck the left seed region and check the right seed region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking.
