      1. Create two additional separate coronal ROI regions (at approx. coronal\u00a0slice 140), two for each side, posterior to the seed region.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Create one ROA region and draw a sagittal ROA slice at the midline<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. fiber tracking. Based on this output, ROA placement will be clearer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. Using the same ROA file, draw one more region on the same coronal slice from step #3 exclude the ROI region in your ROA region<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. In the region list, check only the left seed\/ROI region and ROA regions, then perform fiber tracking. Under the tract list, make sure only the desired left tract is checked and highlighted in purple. Save region, tract, and density files.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                1. Uncheck the left seed\/ROI region and check the right seed\/ROI region and ROA region, then perform fiber tracking.
