A group of Vanderbilt faculty, staff, and students are participating in “Maps and the Geospatial Revolution,” a massive open online course (MOOC) offered by Penn State on the Coursera platform. We’ve formed an informal study group, and this is our blog.  Here we’ll be posting study group announcements and sharing our experiences learning about geospatial technology and analysis during the course. You can also find us on Twitter on the hashtag #vandymaps.

Thanks to the Center for Second Language Studies for hosting our study group, and thanks to CSLS director of instructional technologies Todd Hughes for organizing us! If you’d like to join our study group, contact Todd.
