Prof. Caldwell will concurrently serve as the program&#8217;s Director of Graduate Studies (DGS). The IMS graduate program is poised to grow during the next few years and to become a more important part of both the College of Arts &amp; Science and the School of Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Prof. Caldwell takes over from Prof. Greg Walker, who served as the IMS DGS for 4 years (# + 1 year during COVID-19).
