Please join us to learn about the capabilities of the DISCO\u00a0DAD3220 dicing saw in Vanderbilt University\u2019s VINSE\u00a0cleanroom.\u00a0 Representatives from DISCO will provide an\u00a0overview of dicing applications and techniques.\u00a0Dicing is a standard microfabrication process to create\u00a0<\/span><\/span>custom-sized substrates and devices for a variety of\u00a0<\/span><\/span>electronic, optical, biomedical, and other applications.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Silicon, sapphire, and fused quartz are commonly diced, but\u00a0<\/span><\/span>other materials may be available.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, there will be a tour of the VINSE cleanroom and\u00a0chance to meet the staff for discussion of dicing and other\u00a0projects.<\/p>\n
