| According to 2011 CBA he rookie pool increases the rate of the salary cap up to 5% plus half of the rate over 5%. The cap increased 5.31% from $188.2m per team in 2019 to $198.2m in 2020. So the rookie salary pool in 2020 will increase at 5.16% over 2019. In 2020 CBA the above 5% exception is eliminated. All first round contacts are for four years with a 5th-year option to the team. | |||||||
