Update on website service outage

Certain Vanderbilt University departmental websites and Web services have been experiencing an outage since Feb. 24. System administrators have been working toward resolving this issue. Some websites have been restored to normal operations, and Vanderbilt IT is working with Web administrators and departments to restore the remaining sites.

If you require immediate assistance, please contact the VUIT Help Desk by opening a ticket or calling 615-343-HELP, or contact your local technical support manager. OmniUpdate and university-supported WordPress users should contact University Web Communications via the help desk at http://web.vanderbilt.edu/help for assistance.
