Access VU Update
Feb. 5, 2014—Outage Date: 08/22/2013 VUIT will update AccessVU beginning Thursday, 8/22, at 9:00 PM and ending, at 10:30 PM. During this time, users accessing VSA tools or Person Options may experience a session disruption, and be prompted for their login credentials again.
VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: Patch Voicemail Servers
Feb. 5, 2014—Outage Date: 08/18/2013 VUIT will apply OS patches to the voicemail servers on Sunday, 8/18, between 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM. During this time, there will be a 15-20 minute period where callers will be notified of a delay in message delivery and users will be unable to access their mailbox.
