The Vanderbilt Home page (www.vanderbilt.edu) is experiencing slow performance due to an extraordinarily high volume of traffic. The traffic was generated by the emergency alert sent earlier this afternoon. Technicians are working to resolve the issue. Vanderbilt posts information on Twitter @VanderbiltU and on Facebook at www.facebook.com/vanderbilt. These are alternate sources of information when/if the home page is unavailable.
