Resolved – Network Storage Issue
The below issue has been resolved.
There is currently an issue with network shared drives that is preventing access on the storage array. The known impacts at this time are:
1. User workstations accessing bigdata network shares/drives
2. Windows applications using bigdata network shares/drives
3. Cerner Lab Console which has degraded HEO Orders processing.
4. Business Objects R4
The vendor is engaged and working with Vanderbilt technical staff to resolve the problem.
