VUIT Scheduled Maintenance: Isilon Update

VUIT will apply a code upgrade to the Isilon data storage system on Thursday, 06/19 from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM. The Isilon will be completely out of service for one hour during this window. All existing connections will be dropped and no new connections will be possible until the upgrade is complete.

The Isilon may be known to users by a variety of names. Names for the Isilon include (there may be others):
• bigdatavuhnfs
• bigdatavuhcifs
• groups-nas2
• files.mc.vanderbilt.edu
• homedir.vanderbilt.edu
