Vanderbilt Enterprise SSL VPN Certificate Change

Beginning Oct. 15 at 7 a.m., the Vanderbilt IT Network Security team will implement a change that imports a new certificate, which will only support the URL This new certificate will optimize cost and support. Once this change is complete, clients configured for the URLs or will receive an untrusted certificate warning. Users are encouraged to reconfigure clients before this change takes effect by following the instructions below.

  1. Open the Pulse client and highlight the connection being used to access the Vanderbilt Enterprise SSL VPN. Once highlighted, click “Edit.”

  3. Click “Save.” This completes the required change. The user may click “Connect” to verify that the connection is working normally.

**If the user still reports a problem after the above steps have been completed, please submit a ticket through Pegasus to CI: VPN-SERVICE for assistance from a VUIT Network Security representative.
