VUIT Scheduled Maintenance -Voice Services for Standard SIP Support

Vanderbilt IT will perform updates to configuration changes that are required for voice services to support standard SIP functionality on Tuesday, April 21 from 5 to 5:15 a.m.

The configuration changes will modify system data in the PBX, including the IP configuration, which will impact service. The downtime is expected to be two to four minutes while the PBX is rebooted. All voice services and functionality will be tested following the reboot.
