Software Store Service Outage

All issues have been resolved as of 3:48 p.m., and the Software Store is back in service.


Earlier today:

As of 10:45 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 17, the Software Store is temporarily down. Kivuto, the company that hosts the Software Store, is currently experiencing a DNS error from one of its providers. As a result, Software Store customers cannot access the store’s webpage until this problem is fixed. Kivuto is actively working with its provider to resolve the issue.

Vanderbilt IT will continue to post updates as more information becomes available.
