Update to TCP parameter to allow successful mailbox migration to VUMC Office 365
Between 10 p.m. and 11:55 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, VUIT Collaboration will adjust the TCP keepalive threshold parameter on the em101 mailbox server to allow successful mailbox migration to VUMC Office 365, as required by the VUMC email migration project.
Access to approximately 7000 mailboxes hosted on this server will be down for about 30 minutes starting at 10:00 p.m. Once the server has been rebooted, email functionality will return to normal.
