Upgrade UM8700 (NEC PBX Voicemail) servers – downtime
VUIT will upgrade UM8700 (NEC PBX Voicemail) servers per request from NEC Support after issues with MySQL over the last several weeks. This will upgrade UM8700 from v9.0.2 to v21.2. Once the servers are upgraded the desktop software will also have to be upgraded before administrators can login.
There will be an outage while the System Server and first of two call servers are upgraded.
1) Outside callers will receive a prompt their message will be delayed as there is maintenance going on with the system.
2) Users will not be able to login to their voicemail boxes.
3) Out-call notification is delayed for messages so marked.
