Medical Center departments may purchase Bomgar Remote Support Enterprise Edition through the VUMC Software Store.

Bomgar licenses are perpetual and last forever.  Each license includes maintenance.  The maintenance is pro-rated monthly, expires April 30 each year, and requires an annual renewal.
