Philips/FEI T-12 Transmission Electron Microscope
Why Use This Microscope?
The Philips/FEI T-12 is a high resolution transmission electron microscope with eucentric goniometer stage and Gatan cryotransfer stage. It provides much higher resolution (ability to view smaller objects) than that provided by light microscopy. There is a side mounted 2k x 2k AMT CCD camera system and a bottom-mounted 2k by 2k Gatan CCD camera system to facilitate digital image collection and analysis.
