To ensure your travel and arrival go smoothly, please review the important information below.
✈️ For International Travelers
To help facilitate a smooth entry into the United States, we strongly recommend that you carry, along with the required documents, printed copies of the following documents with you when traveling:
- Proof of accommodation (e.g., hotel reservation confirmation)
- Your return flight itinerary
- The invitation letter from the conference organizers
- A proof of employment from your home institution, such as a letter from your department chair

🛫 For Domestic Participants Flying Within the U.S.
Please be reminded that starting May 7, 2025, the TSA will no longer accept a state-issued driver’s license or ID that is not REAL ID compliant as valid identification at airports.
If your state ID is not REAL ID compliant, we recommend traveling with an alternative form of ID, such as a passport.
