End-of-year message 2014

Posted by on Thursday, June 12, 2014 in News.

Now that the academic year has finished, we, the Crucial Conversations team, would like to take this moment to thank everyone who has participated with our work thus far. We have made a lot of progress this year, and we’ve gotten lots of support. Click here for a brief document outlining our thanks to this community.

This first year was about information, learning, and connections. This coming year will be focused more on what steps we as a community can take in order to realize our goals and make them a part of who we are as a campus. Towards this end, we will be holding two meetings during the month of June to outline our work moving forward.
  • 6/13, 1pm in Pbdy library 303 – What does the ideal Peabody look and feel like?
  • 6/27, 1pm in Pbdy library 303 – What will it take to get there?
We encourage all people who are interested in being involved with this work over the next year to come to one or both (ideally) of these meetings. Please let Richard Blissett (richard.s.blissett@vanderbilt.edu) know which you will attend. Also let him know if you cannot attend either, but would still like to participate with the core planning team.
Thanks again, and we look forward to working with all of you.
