Hotel reservations

Participants receiving financial support will be lodged at the Hilton Garden Inn Stony Brook, located in the Stony Brook University Campus. In order to book a room, please register and indicate that you are requesting financial support. If your financial support request is approved (see these instructions), the organizers will make a room reservation on your behalf. However, upon check-in you will be required to present a credit card and, upon check-out, you will have to make a payment for the room, for which you will be reimbursed if receiving financial support.

In order to maximize the number of attendees, participants receiving financial support will be lodged in a room shared with another participant. If you have a preference for a roommate, please indicate so in the comments section when registering.
