We have negotiated conference rates at the following nearby hotels. All rooms are subject to state and local taxes. When booking you will need a credit card to guarantee the room. Check the cancellation policy when you book.
Please note that these rooms are on a first-come first-served basis, so we encourage you to book sooner rather than later. If all rooms are reserved far enough in advance of the conference, we may be able to negotiate the conference rates for more rooms. If you are unable to book one of these rooms due to them all being taken, please contact us, so we may inquire about more rooms.

The Scarritt Bennett Center is a non-profit center, formerly a college campus, with dorm-style housing. Most rooms are double occupancy with a shared bath. The limited number of private rooms share a bath with an adjoining room. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted anywhere on the Scarritt Bennett campus.
