My primary emphasis as a faculty member is on research. However, I teach several sessions of core courses for the Department of Biomedical Informatics, including sessions on Workflow and on Qualitative Methods.

In addition, my colleague Laurie Novak and I are in the process of designing a course on Clinical Workflow and Human Factors Engineering, to be offered through a new Master of Science in Applied Clinical Informatics degree program. We anticipate offering the course for the first time in Spring 2016.
