To enhance TN lawyer awareness of and participation with bono cases, we produced a discounted-tuition, CLE Event at Vanderbilt Law School on Tuesday, October 30, 2012.

Each of two CLE sessions (morning/afternoon; 2 Dual CLE Hours) included a 15 minute Pro Bono Awareness announcement to inspire attending lawyers to accept their professional responsibility and give back by providing 50 hours of pro bono legal representation to those who cannot afford it.
The Pro Bono Announcements on 10/30/12 powerfully promoted awareness of opportunities and permitted informal polling re: hours reported by attending lawyers.

During the Q&A portion of the 10/30/12 CLE Program, Expert Panelists from real estate-related industries: Title, Mortgage, Tax, Financial/Investment, and Legal Professional Liability/Malpractice addressed common pitfalls in real property issues that are preventable in divorce, elder, and estate planning matters.
