Undergraduate research assistant Dennis Sohn and Ph.D. student Nicolo Garbin present the Belloscope at Vanderbilt’s Fall 2017 Undergraduate Research Fair. The Bellascope is a low cost endoscope intended for bedside gastric screening. The actuation principle of the device is the use of pressurized bellows to achieve manipulation of the endoscope’s tip that contains a camera, and thus enable viewing of the entire gastric cavity
