ASCEND is the pivotal leadership development program for the next generation of major campus leaders.This program will enable students to develop skills that will allow students to become more impactful leaders in their current and future roles, provide opportunities for self-evaluation and reflection, offer strategies to improve peer accountability within organizations, and build critical relationships among student leaders to promote collaboration and address larger campus issues

EVOLVE is about helping you become the best version of yourself and fostering the impact you can have as a leader on campus and for a lifetime. Spend 8 weeks learning with 35-45 of your peers. This program works with students who are interested in personal development and have a desire to lead positive change.

Throughout the semester, we will provide reflections and updates on the students who are going through these developmental programs. Stay tuned for so you can experience the growth they obtain and see how our campus leaders are changing themselves and their environment!
