The past academic year, Student Leadership Development has received incredible feedback from the students we serve. As we hear and learn more about the needs of the Vanderbilt community, we always look for the specific services we can provide. As such, the opinions and needs of our students has caused us to realize that our programs can do more to fulfill our promise of helping students grow as leaders at Vanderbilt.

As such, we have decided to discontinue our leadership blog, Vandy Leads. We believe that by stopping this program we will expand the capacity of our office to serve students where we can be the most useful.

We appreciate the contributions of those students who have submitted reflections for this blog, and they shall remain on the website indefinitely, but we will no longer be posting new content. There may be some point in the future where Vandy Leads may return, but for now, we feel this is the best use of our resources.

We look forward to sharing the new direction of our office with the Vanderbilt student body and are excited to expand the leadership skills of every student who comes into our office!
