Hey all!

Attached is the order form which we will be using to order our new apparel!  Each individual will need to use the link to print off an order form to fill out and turn back in to us.  I will also print a stack off and place some in the break room.  There are spots to fill in what items you want with size, color, amount and then at the bottom you will fill out what you would like embroidered on the appropriate items (jackets, vests, etc) and you will also write your name, phone number, and email so we can contact you in the case that we have any questions about your order.  Remember to use the Power Point which we previously sent out as a catalogue as well!  The Power Point contains more information about each item, larger pictures, and detail!  I will also print one of these out with the slides and place it in the break room.  If you need the Power Point resent to you, just shoot me an email.

At the bottom of the order form, there is a place to write your total.  It also says to make checks payable to Morgan; however, I will tell you that we will give a specific cut off date in which we will have you pay by and a cut off date for when we will stop taking orders; and I would recommend paying in between the time where we cut off orders and the date by when we need you to have paid.  I say this, because although there are prices listed in both the Power Point and on the order form, these are subject to vary slightly due to the fact that the company gives discounts based upon the number of items ordered.  Once we know how many T-shirts total are ordered, you may end up paying a little less for the items you ordered or vice versa.  The prices currently listed are just a based standard price which we have been given.

If you are ordering multiple t-shirts/specific items and are having difficulty fitting everything in onto the one order form, fill free to just fill out multiple ones or you can use the back to write down color and amount, etc.  Just make sure each order form you fill out contains your name and information!

For this first ordering session, please be patient with us as this is all brand new and we will still be working out kinks and making revisions as necessary!

We need you to turn in your order forms for this session by:  Monday, October 26th (Not subject to change)

We will not be able to take orders after that date because we will need to have a count in order to establish finalized prices and relay that information to everyone.

We will need to have your money turned in by:  Wednesday, November 4th (May be subject to change slightly in the case that we have questions for the Lids representative on discount pricing)
