Ying Zheng

Welcome! I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at Vanderbilt University. My primary research is in the area of Empirical Industrial Organization and Microeconomics. I am also interested in the econometric problems motivated by IO applications.

My current projects focus on developing game-theoretical frameworks to model corporate takeovers and to empirically assess such models. I am expanding my research into other applications of auction theory/mechanism design in the field of Corporate Finance.

I will be available at the 2018 ASSA Meetings in Philadelphia.
