The Vanderbilt University Mass Cytometry Center of Excellence (MCCE) provides a cutting edge environment where users can access mass cytometry equipment, receive advanced training, and learn to standardize mass cytometry applications.
The MCCE is geared towards advanced users with their own metal conjugated antibodies collecting >48 samples per year. Beginning users and others interested in fee-for-service mass cytometry or data analysis services are encouraged to contact the Cancer & Immunology Core (CIC).
The MCCE is organized by expert staff trained in the Irish lab in the Department of Cancer Biology at Vanderbilt University. Jonathan Irish is Scientific Director of the MCCE and Caroline Roe is the Managing Director of the MCCE. For more information, see Contact information.
