Hotel Reservations

The conference will take place in the Stevenson Center on the Vanderbilt campus.  Participants are responsible for making their own reservations by communicating directly with the hotel. We have arranged room blocks at the Extended Stay America and the Holiday Inn; details are below.  Please ask about internet access, payment and cancellation policies when you book.  We also list a number of other hotels that are reasonably close to Vanderbilt.

NOTE: We encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible. Due to tourist travel in Nashville during the summer months, hotel rooms near Vanderbilt may be difficult to find.

The Scarritt Bennett Center is a non-profit center, formerly a college campus, with dorm-style housing.  Most rooms are double occupancy with a shared bath. The limited number of private rooms share a bath with an adjoining room. Note: Due to the affordability of these rooms, they become scarce during the summer, so RESERVE EARLY. Smoking and alcohol are not permitted anywhere on the Scarritt Bennett campus.
