Leadership Theory & Behavior

Leadership Development: Each group was charged with identifying a company with an admirable leadership structure and was charged with reaching out to the company to learn more.  The companies were analyzed based on content and theory learned throughout the semester.

Design of Human Performance Interventions

Hospice Compassus: Healthy Compassus Wellness Program Team Project: During this project, we worked with a Tennessee-based hospice company to create a plan to increase employee participation and engagement in the company-wide wellness program.  After gathering proper data and performing a gap analysis, the group created an implementation plan for Hospice Compassus and recommended various feedback loops to determine program success.

Strategy & Analytics II

Nestle-Hain Celestial Group Acquisition Report: Taking the position of a larger company, Nestle, we were charged with discerning a value for HAIN were we to acquire it.  Synergies were identified to determine any benefits that would be gained above and beyond the physical and financial positions of each company.  From this, we determined a fair price to offer HAIN.
