It’s been more than 200 years since Charles Dickens was born. ¬†Though Dickens himself is long-dead, his works still survive in multiple adaptations and revisions in today’s media environment. ¬†In this blog, we explore connections between the social issues, cultural concerns, and artistic media of Charles Dickens’s time and those of our own media-rich cultural ecosystem.
