• Good communication skills (a large part of the position will involve recruiting new families and community partners to participate in our research)
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• minimum of 2-semester commitment

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:

• Coursework related to child development
• Research experience and/or experience working with young children and caregivers
• Knowledge of data processing programs (Excel, REDCap, Datavyu, etc.)
