The conference organizers have negotiated special rates at the hotels listed below. Participants are responsible for making their reservations by communicating directly with the hotel.

NOTE: We encourage you to make your hotel reservations as early as possible. Due to tourist travel to Nashville, hotel rooms near Vanderbilt may be difficult to find. If the rooms we have blocked are not reserved early, the hotels have the option to reduce the number of rooms being held for conference participants.

Note: Due to Vanderbilt’s commencement in May, we recommend you make reservations soon and up to two months in advance if possible. Scarrit-Bennett Center is a non-profit meeting and conference center.  Once a college campus, the center’s converted residence halls have semi-private overnight accommodations (two rooms share an adjacent bathroom).

• The rate for a single room is $88.94 per night. For a double room the rate is 111.99 per night. These rooms do not include a television.  Lounges with televisions are available within the residence halls. Wireless internet is available in all rooms.
• Parking is free, and the center is within walking distance of the Vanderbilt campus.
• Neither smoking nor alcohol are permitted anywhere on the Scarritt-Bennett campus.
