The results from NCPI’s signature performance pay experiment, the Project on Incentives in Teaching (POINT), will be released later this year. The initial report will focus primarily on student achievement results along with teacher attitudes and behaviors in response to this experiment in Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. Subsequent publications will focus on additional program outcomes.
