This presentation will be in held in the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center demonstration kitchen Wednesday, March 22nd at noon.

Both presenters are researchers in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center and are from Tamil Nadu, India. In this Vandy Cooks, they will create personal favorite recipes such as Pilaf Rice, Carrot Salad, and Raitha. Samples will be provided along with recipes for all dishes and their nutrition analysis.
