Vandy Cooks: Healthy Appetizers with Beef is July 11
Join Karman Meyer, Registered Dietitian, in the Teaching Kitchen on July 11 from noon to 1 p.m., as she inspires us to eat healthy with lean beef, an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, selenium, zinc, niacin, and vitamin B6. Enjoy observing Karman, a regular contributor to the Food and Nutrition magazine, create Taco Lettuce Wraps and Grilled Sirloin Crostini with Wasabi Sour Cream.
All attendees will receive delicious samples along with the recipes to take home to share with family and friends.
