Influences from as early as the 1351 Common Era have shaped the dishes we enjoy today all around the world. Thai cooking places an emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic and spicy ingredients. Recipes prepared will include: Red Curry Soup, Green Curry Chicken, and Shrimp Spring Rolls. Recipes, complete with nutrition analysis, will be available for all attending this Vandy Cooks
