In addition to the terms of service below, my.vanderbilt.edu is governed by the same policies that govern all other electronic communications at Vanderbilt. Read the policies below now.

Terms of Service

My.vanderbilt.edu use is restricted to content related to the user’s work, study or research at Vanderbilt University. Sites of primarily personal nature will be removed.

Information Technology Services and University Web Communications will remove content or entire sites that are in violation of the policies outlined above and in these terms of service.

Faculty and staff members’ my.vanderbilt.edu sites will be terminated when they cease employment with the university following the same timing and guidelines as apply for email termination. Please check with your ITS local support provider to learn more about account termination.

Students will continue to have access to their my.vanderbilt.edu site after graduation for professional and continuing education purposes, and as an online portfolio of their work at Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt University does not guarantee availability of content and is not responsible for loss of content posted to my.vanderbilt.edu.
