How long have you been a Vanderbilt employee?
On Year 3!
What has been your career journey to lead you to where you are today?
I started my career at Vanderbilt immediately after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2021. I worked in the Arts & Science Dean’s Office as an Administrative Specialist. In October of 2022, I moved to Corporate Partnerships.
What has been your favorite vacation you have ever been on?
I am a travel junkie!! I have been to many places, so I’ll narrow it down to two. Surprisingly, Los Angeles and Honduras have been my favorite places to visit. I loved the sight-seeing/celebrity-spotting aspect of Los Angeles. I went to Honduras for a mission trip in college, and it was amazing learning about different cultures. Highly recommend going out of the country once in your life!
What is your favorite outdoor activity?
Walks with my 8 month old Great Dane puppy, Pippi 😊
What skill or talent would you most like to learn?
If I had all the time in the world, I would want to learn piano. However, I do not have the patience to sit for that long working on one thing.
