In Episode 34 of the VINSE Spotlight Podcast Jonah Rosch tells Alice Leach about identifying aptamers – molecules that bind to specific biological targets. Jonah’ paper “CRISPR-Mediated Isogenic Cell-SELEX Approach for Generating Highly Specific Aptamers Against Native Membrane Proteins” was published in Cellular and Molecular Bioengineering.  Jonah graduated from the Lippmann lab in 2020 with a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and now works for Eli Lilly.
