In Episode 35 of the VINSE Spotlight Podcast Christian Ornelas tells Alice Leach about building next generation optoelectronic devices with 2D materials. Christian’s paper “Ultrafast Photocurrent Response and High Detectivity in Two-Dimensional MoSe2‑based Heterojunctions” was published in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces.  Christian is a 3^rd year Ph.D. student in the Department of Physics working under the direction of Professor Yaqiong Xu.
