Francis’ paper “O-Band Subwavelength Grating Filters in a Monolithic Photonics Technology” was published in IEEE Photonic Technology Letters. Francis graduated from the Sharon Weiss lab with a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and is now at GlobalFoundries.
