Bruker Dimension Icon Atomic Force Microscope – now available in ESB
The Bruker Dimension Icon Atomic Force Microscope has been relocated to its new home in the VINSE Imaging Suite located in the basement of the Engineering and Science Building (ESB) Room 023. The AFM is a state-of-the-art scanning probe instrument that can be used to map a wide variety of properties over solid surfaces in air and fluid environments.
