Behnaz Akbarian

Behnaz was born in Tehran, Iran. She received her MS degree from Iran University of Science and Technology in Iran. She joined the Morgan lab in 2022. Her research interests include biomedical signal and image processing, fMRI, pattern recognition, recording and analyzing EEG, ECoG and intracortical, computational neuroscience, animal surgery and electrode implementation. Her current research focuses on utilizing Neuro imaging techniques to study epilepsy.
