DELAYED: Identity Management (AccessVU) Update
The Identity Management release that was originally scheduled for release on Friday, July 26, at 8:00 PM CST has been delayed. The release will occur on Friday, August 9, at 8:00 PM CST. A thirty-minute to one-hour outage will occur. A thirty-minute to one-hour outage will occur. This will affect ePassword changes, account claiming, the personal options pages and AccessVU administrative tools including user account administration and invitations. The following list of major features will be deployed during this release:

| New Employee Workflow | Provision accounts from the HR feed, creating the VUnetID in advance of claiming, invitations to users will no longer be required. New employees will claim accounts by providing their PII (personal identifying information) |
| Provision Organization Names | Store and maintain organization names in AccessVU. Data will not be removed if the account is disabled. |
| Account Update | Store and maintain primary affiliation in AccessVU. Data will not be removed if the account is disabled. |
| Add New Student Attributes to AccessVU and LDAP | Store and maintain the following student data in AccessVU and LDAP:
·Current Schools ·Current Majors ·Dorm ·Undergrad ·Graduate ·Professional |
| Invitation Search Results | Add sorting options to search results |
| Update Orgs | Provide the ability to update ORGs on special source accounts |
