  • Designing re-identification risk assessment models for genomic and health data;
  • Applying such models to Vanderbilt’s SD, the Precision Medicine Project led by Children’s Hospital Boston, and the All of Us Research Program;
  • Writing papers associated with these methods and applications;
  • Developing genomic summary data game solver using Python with packages like NumPy and Pandas;
  • Mentoring undergraduate summer interns on research and programming.

  • Proposed a honeynet-based collaborative defense framework, and improved a blacklisting algorithm;
  • Supported and Tested Botwarden – A Botnet Detecting and Tracking System;
